why are guys following this thread in the first place. is it not to have an idea of what the excercise would look like? it is not changing anything. the no-spill crew for sure have benefited from "spills" for previous stages.

Knowing the structure like airsaylongcon pointed out is exactly the same thing as wanting to know if the second stage would be shl. I am not sure anybody came here to give the exact. shl questions.

we have also been doing some permutations right from the first stage on the number of candidates invited and those that ll get the job eventually just for the glitz and glamour. knowing the number of candidates in the group excercise ll nt change anything. If I hv done I mine I can certainly share non sensitive info. cos dat ld mean it s my turn to give. I benefited from it before daa daa.

Why do people keep saying 'if you smart enough to get here blah blah blah'? Dude, you didn't need to be smart to have passed the SHL stage. I remember someone coming here to spill where the mechanical reasoning test was gotten from(GMAT 20xx). Also, where the inductive resoning test was gotten from leaked that period. So spilling, no matter how small, always gives far more undue advantage to people who haven't done theirs thereby making 'not so smart' people advance ahead of 'smart' ones.

If you search the Internet hard enough you will find enough hints. And I'm not talking of hints from those that have done theirs. I can safely say I have a good description of what tasks we will face as well as the criteria against which we will be scored. About 4-5 different behavioural traits will be examined during each task/activity.

I have been researching, but a little hint can reduce the volume of what you have seen and help you narrow into a corner where you would get NLNG boxed.

I really missed the days of naijahotjobs. What happened to them anyway?

I went through Shell Recruitment Day in 2013 and gave enough hint from A-Z, cos I knew that if you ain't capable, you'll still flop.

It is one thing for candidates to refuse to give hints.... and another for some MOD to be deleting comments unnecessarily. The later is just an abuse of power.

Some MOD just playing God here, and soon enough we will lose the essence of this forum.
