AI report should be truly investigated and If the Army were holistically found to have extra-judicially killed those whom they are meant to protect the rule of law should take precedence while If nothing was found against them, AI's report would be dumped and trashed.

How can a small amnesty international be dictating for a country. When USA killed more than 10,000 ISIS why annesty international no talk? when more than 6000Taliban was killed in IRAQ why amnesty international no talk.
