Hello all, My IELTS result will be out this week and hoping to receive my WES doc. I am lost with what I need to start doing. Can I start registering my profile with EE?. |
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by zandora: 11:01pm On Jun 10, 2015 |
222rayo: You need the certificate number on your IELTS report form and the reference number on your WES certificate to create a profile. In essence you'll have to wait until you receive these docs. |

CIC will check the validity of your ECA number before you are deemed eligible for EE |

Guys, I am trying to register with the job bank, but I am stuck at the validation section. I am been asked to provide a North American phone number, postal code and SIN number, how do I go about this people? |
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by zandora: 10:43am On Jun 12, 2015 |
bissiejoe: You're going about it the wrong way. You'll need to create an EE profile first and submit it. After submission you'll be given a job seeker validation no/code and a link to job bank. Just click on the link, put the nos/code and register. You won't be asked for a SIN no as you'll be registered via EE. |

Hi guys, please I have a question..can someone who schooled in Canada and presently in Canada apply for Nova Scotia nominee program, that seems to be what's on board now, can I apply as a federal skilled worker without a job offer in canada, I have 2 years work experience from Nigeria. Thanks for your response. |
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by bamakoe(f): 1:36pm On Jun 12, 2015 |
duplextec: What you need to do is create another account under WES Canada website but alter your first or last name a little bit so that the system doesn't redirect you to the WES USA website if you use the same name you had registered with. However you will be able to change your name to the correct one once the account has been created. Hope this helps 1 Like |

Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by zandora: 4:50pm On Jun 12, 2015 |
bissiejoe: You'll need to use the application no starting with EE and your job seeker validation code which is usually the last 4 digits if your passport no. |

Hello Solomonwise/Damkollins, I submitted my application on the 12th of August, 2014, and I received my PER on the 2nd of December. I am presently awaiting my medicals. I recently renew my international passport which is expiring by Dec this year. I would like to know if I need to inform AVO about the new passport just renew, and also the process of informing them if there is any need. Thanks |

Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by JesusDWay(m): 12:08am On Jun 13, 2015 |
slimmsyyetty: The least acceptable band is 6 which is clb 7 however, IELTS helps boost your overall CRS score and as such, I usually advice people to try and get the maximum score. I've seen how someone with an overall band score of 7 can get extra 80marks if the band score were to go up to 9. You need 8.5 in Speaking, 8.0 in reading, 7.0 in Speaking and 7.5 in Writing to get the highest score allocated for language test under EE |
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by JesusDWay(m): 12:22am On Jun 13, 2015 |
duplextec: I'm not too sure about this but you can try it. There's a dedicated page for ECA for CIC purpose on WES Canada, try and locate the page and then login with the login details you already had for that of the USA and let's see if there would be a change. http://www.wes.org/ca/fswp/ |
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by JesusDWay(m): 12:25am On Jun 13, 2015 |
luvly3: You can apply, as long as your work experience falls under one of the list of occupations they want people for. Meanwhile, it's not only Nova Scotia that is open, New Brunswick and Saskatchewan are also 'on board' |

Hello House. I've got some good news but no related to the FSWP. I recently secured funding for a Master's program in the UK, to start September 2015. Please I need to know the right time to inform Accra VO. From my estimates, I should be receiving request for medicals in the month of August or September (October applicant), so I'm trying not to prolong my process time. Damkollins and Solowise, its been awhile. |

10th Draw done, with 482 as cut-off score and 1501 ITAs issued. Good they chose people without PNP or LMIA approved jobs but, having had draws with a lower cut-off before now, the present cut-off shows people are either entering the pool more and more or people in the pool are improving their score, or a combination of the two. Let's hope it falls lower and lower to accommodate those who may not have as much as high score or, folks may decide to improve their score majorly by doing IELTS again and score very high |
