@Strongbest good day, please my liquid soap turned out perfect, but it's loosing it's thickness as the day go by, it's about 2wks now n it's more watery than when it was produced, I deliberately produced the quantity I did and left it to see if it will loose it's thickness as some people in this forum has complained and it is doing just that, any solution?

Heyllo Sir, there's just one rule to having a good production, the rule is: follow my instructions.

If you are using nitrosol as your thickner, I don't see why that should happen. Maybe you should tell us the measurement you used and the procedures. Guess that'll help us to know where it went wrong.

Right now, I still have a keg of liquid soap sitting in the store for over 3 weeks and nothing of such can be said of it.

One common mistake people make is adding too much water after the entire production probably because they feel it was too thick.

If you encounter any problem, kindly tell us how you went about your production so we can know where it went wrong.

I followed your instructions to the teeth....though it is not all that watery but it has actually lost its original thickness, other than that, it's cleaning ability is ok, what worries me is dat I now have to use more drops to get a good lather(foam) on like earlier when just few drops gives much lather. As for the measurements I used exactly as you prescribed, just divided to get 10L worth of production

Hello StrongBest and every expert in the house, Please answer these question for me. If i buy caustic soda or chloride in the market, If its been diluted before being sold to me, how would i know? Is there a way i can measure the thickness/elasticity or something so as to know if it has been diluted? You know Diesel can be measured in other to know if its been mixed with water. I await a positive response.

mr strong best thanks for the good work. the liquid soap i produce came out very thick and one of the person i supplied in 10 litres to said she used it to wash her clothes n it was very ok. is it ok for washing of clothes?

Nice one Sir. Yes, it's very good for washing but when producing for laundry use, do not add colorant. I'm very sure you are going to like what you'll see.
