Did you say marginalization? I head a core business unit in a public quoted company in Lagos basically 'owned' by a yoruba business mogul. Do you call that marginalization? I was head hunted for the job and i have several yorubas, hausas and igbos amongst others working under me. A word of advice, make yourself relevant and you will hold positions that stand you apart whether you are igbo, yoruba or hausa. I do not feel marginalized because i am not.
