COW &gate and any other formular is fine, provided your baby isnt reacting to them, heard some babies do react to some milk.
However, l use aptamil, its unecessarily expensive these days...because of dollar/naira exchange rate. In the past N3,800 but now N5000. its big anyway 900g two of sma gold.

I dint spoon feed. At 4 months I started cereal and loaded it with enough milk

At 6 months I started purées

Supplemented all with bmilk till I weaned at 11 months

Asides from my hectic schedule, I am a random eater so I have never been lucky with breas.t milk.

Ok becos am not giving my son water either and he takes one bottle of 150ml formula combined with breastmilk for d rest of d day. He isn't constipated.

My son takes about 5-6 bottles of 150ml formula per day. He isn't constipated too and no water.

. Since u are adding weight, that means any FP involving hormones are not good for you. You can try the coil, it's not hormonal. It also has its own side effect, just that u won't add weight

There are cereals for 4 months. Case in point gerber rice and oat cereal, that's what u used

Everybody always has an idea when it comes to how u raise your kid, do your research and go with your instincts! Nothing is a one size for all anyways

Some days ago I noticed she is about sprouting her first teeth, last nite her temp went up again. Pls wat do I do? I don't want to kip givin her pcm 4d hotness. Wt remedies can I use sins d teeth is rily disturbing her?

I used piccan for teethin though docs dnt approve of it bt was told by a nurse nd it worked,bonababe nd babyrex also work.ask a good pharmacist b4 u buy

In my own case, when I had my son, who is almost 3 now, I had an Episiotomy, plus a Cervical tear. The stitches down there was just too much. Took me about 3months to heal properly. Was constantly doing sitz bath. Initially I was just doing morning and night, it almost got infected, when I went back the doctor, nurse adviced me to be doing my sitz bath constantly. That's warm water, salt and dettol, and sit inside the warm water. She said even after I use the restroom, I should always do it. And it helped in the healing. Plus my constant antibiotics I was taking. Infact, @ some point I was seeing the stitches, coming off in the water once am done. Thankfully, yours is just the episiotomy and tear. Just keep doing the sitz bath regularly, and taking your antibiotics. You will be ok in no time.

My breast suddenly got engorge yesterday morning at 6 weeks ooo.Initially I thought na child's play until evening when my breasts were harder and bigger. Meanwhile,my prince has been sucking and sucking but seems not satisfied cos d nipple keeps falling off his mouth.until I hand express to feed him with cup and spoon. Please , how do I treat this in steps? I know that I am to express, ve warm shower, and massage with warm towel,and also cold compress.but .........

. My dear no formula makes babies fat, a child who will be fat will be fat and those that do not have fat will never be. Good formulas will only keep them healthy. Cow and gate is a nice brand

That's like N2000 profit, they know their customers are billionaires o

Please don't alter the measurement of the milk...it is very dangerous....it is even written on the tin. Who advised spoonfeeding milk? I have never heard or read that one before o. A 6mth old should be taking milk from a bottle, a sippy cup or a regular baby cup. Spoon will create a mess even.
