In this day and age, a president of an important country like Nigeria - one invited to a G7 Summit in Germany for that matter - should know the proper name of that UNITED country and the proper appellation for that country's Head of Government! Germany has a Chancellor as well as a President. Buhari's ignorance is evident, as it is clear that he neither recognises these distinctions nor understands the implications of mixing them up! If the 'mistake' was limited to a mere mispronounciation of the German Chancellor's name, then there would have been no big deal!
