Referee and guarantor mustn't be same but like he has explained above is either u get a serving highly ranked military officer From ur state to sign ur LG form or take it to ur LG for the chairman/secretary to sign it. Then ur guarantor must be someone still in service it could be Assistant Director in state/federal civil service or Lt Col/equivalent but not necessarily from ur state. I hope this is clear enough

the LGA form can be signed and stamped by your state liaison office in your area of residence. You don't have to go to your village to do this. Confirmed from a serving naval officer and I've signed mine in lagos. As for the guarantors form you definitely need a serving military officer who can attest for your character, and he must not come from your state.

Hello fellow applicants, I don't know but I have my local govt attestation which is a document I have had for years. Can I use it to substitute for the local government area certification form?

Hello house, I am very interested in serving my country via the navy. Problem is I can't locate any opening for qualified barrister/lawyers like my humble self.
Please is there any lawyer here who has successfully registered on the site?
Your kind reply will be really appreciated.
Meanwhile best of luck to you guys.

Don't worry urself about how it looks like, just call ur bank custome care and ask them to activate ur line for one time password OTP. Basically it's some kind of security check on online third party transactions that involve ur ATM card. When an online transaction is going on, after entring ur card details it will take u to a page where u will have to enter the OTP, now ur bank will send u an sms immediately saying DO NOT DISCLOSE a transaction of about #2600 is about to pass through ur account and here is the OTP e.g 753621 which will last for some minute after which it expires. So this OTP will allow access to ur account. Once u enter the OTP ur account will be debited immediately. I hope it's clear a bit

'cuse me, for the LG certification, does it have to be signed by the chairman/sec of your own LG, or any chairman/sec from your state (which is what I read in the instruction)?
