i operate firstbank, and i share the same reason that we hate firstbank for.
My 2nd and 3rd bank acct. is with the fidelity and diamond...and they're better than firstbank in terms of services, both in customers and network.

Union Bank, EcoBank and GTB. I'm surprised at the kind of top notch services I receive from Union Bank, their mobile banking application is among the best in the industry, their internet banking platform is very user friendly and their naira denominated Master card is accepted all over the world. Union Bank rocks!

EcoBank is crap, apart from their ATM everything about that bank is annoying. GTB services has really nose-dived. GTB is over hyped.

I agree with you, Union Bank ATM/Internet banking services are excellent. Also their customer service has improved a lot.
Kudos to UNION BANK.

I made a withdrawal from keystone ATM using ZENITH ATM CARD, amount intended to withdraw was #30,000. But I was paid 15,000 in 500 note that was 18th of April. I went the next working day to my branch I was told to fill a form that my money will be refunded in 7 day. My brother and sister ZENITH Bank has not given me up till now. What do u call such banks. F*cked
Hey. Zenithbank will only refund you when Keystone has settled zenithbank. So the problem is probably from keystone. Calm down. Next time, use your atm card on the same bank atm.

Ecobank is actually everywhere for nothing cos of their poor service, network issues and ill treatment of their staff especially contract staff. God is watching

PEOPLE BEWARE OF RESORT SAVINGS & LOAN BANK PLC. They are the most dubious and dangerous bank to bank with in Nigeria. In fact, they are no more liquid. If they get hold of your money, to release it when needed, you will have to do thanks giving, if at all they release it to you.
The management of Resort Savings & Loans PLC can anything for you to forget your money with them.

Resort Savings & Loans PLC refusing to release some of my friend, the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN), Loan, disbursed to them since September 2014.
They only went ahead to pay the five (5) ICPC staff among the batch (Batch 54 of FMBN), after they were invited for interrogation by the ICPC.

Every attempt made to request for the money always succeeded only with excuses from them. They are always looking for reasons why they should not release the money (loan).

The Batch 54 consist of fourteen in the batch, Resort Savings paid five (5), and left with the nine (9) to be paid.
I believe they have been trading with our money. They went and fixed the money in a fixed deposit account.

If they know that the people have not met the conditions for the release of the loan, why did they ask the FMBN to disburse the money to them.

Please, shine your eyes. Don’t bank with them. Don’t take your money there.

Please this report is not true. Some NHF customers have been going on social media to complain about their inability to access the money that was disbursed to them from Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria.

We will like to inform our NHF customers that we have received some disbursements from Federal Mortgage Bank, these funds are currently with our correspondent bank. However, we have been unable to disburse to the developers because the properties are not fully completed or are in the final stages of completion as directed by Federal Mortgage Bank.

As a mortgage bank, we take pride in the fact that our well trained professionals work hard for the benefit of our customers and certain stated agreements have to be met by the Developers to enable us disburse the NHF funds.

Finally, we want to assure our customers that once the Developers meet their agreed obligations we will instruct our correspondent bank to disburse funds to the Developers.

Thank you.

You are a liar.

There are many proofs with me here, that I can scan and post to support this claim. I have with me the pettitions that have been writen against Resort Savings & Loans Bank. If the developer had not finished the housing units, why did Resort Savings paid the ICPC staff members who are part of the Batch 54, that also subscribed for the same estate.

The estate develper had done all the posible best for Resort Savings to release the money to the beneficiaries, but everytime Resort Savings always come with excuse. FMBN disbursed money to them since September last year, but they were lieing they've not got the disbursement, until the guys went to the FMBN to confirmed it was released in September 2014.

If you want to argue more I can put some ICPC staff phone numbers here for the public to call and confirm the truth of the story. Also, their case is curently in ICPC and CBN. Tell me something more.
