Hello Mommas, Been a while i posted here and that is because i cannot even explain the tiredness and pains i feel around my pubic area . I read the posts daily but to type is one hell of a problem but it is well. Hello,biggal from what I got from Google,there is no cause for alarm,they said that it is a normal phenomenon that is like a seizure that happens in babies. Pls you can just type my New born baby jerks and shakes when alseep,is it normal? That was what I typed to see for urself. Pls worry less. All Izz Well.(hugs)I hope this helps

HI big gal, how old is ur baby... Right from birth, my babe had seizures too and Jerks with all her body especially her hands. Complained at d hospital ND was told it would go on its own. Now she's 8 months ND dint even know wen it stopped..

@ biggal, i remember my child also had those jerks during the first few weeks of her birth it gave me concern and i reported it to the paediatrician then who said it was nothing to worry about,i was also bothered cos she had just been treated on jaundice,
my MIL said it was the cold water i took when i was pregnant, different names they called it but all in all it stopped and i forgot about it.

Mama, abeg relax. Ur baby s fine.Rat ke! Pple can talk o. It has nothing to do wt killing rat or drinking cold water biko. As long as it doeant continue if u hold her , she s fyn.

Am FTM with 37wks preg, I went to hospital for treatment today, after the treatment the DR ask if I ave V discharge , I said yes, she wat to PLC me on injection and drugs because it can affect baby eye of which one Dr told me v.discharge is normal during pregnant. pls help me am confuse

I'm 28 weeks and hv been itching and having foul smelly discharge. i went for antenatal yesterday and i was told to take augumentin and clotrimazole pessaries. Mummies abg is it oky? make una reply me abg!!!!! FTM

Team mate, my baby jerks too though not too much, my mum also believes it is cos I took too much cold water while pregnant. Like our experienced mom's have said, they will get over it, it will stop.
My baby even makes this noise as he's stretching while tossing and turning also like one very fat baby. But I believe they will overgrow alot of things.
It is well with us.

Abeg, I am 39 weeks and 3 days today, went to see the doctor, checked PCV level, and was told its 29%. The doctor sad it's low for someone that could be going into labour anytime from now. I had been on ferobin plus since the beginning of the pregnancy so I am wondering why it's low, anyways I have been told to discontinue it and start fersolate 2 in the morning n night, and folic acid. Please any other advice on how to boost my iron level?

Did she do swap test abi what kind of infection does she want to treat you for, Please mama, If you have a second option doctor, please go for it, don't take just take all this doctors words totally expect you know the doctor is good, please.

My last ANC gave me a different perspective about some doctors...Please let's be careful

@ jennifer check page 543&544 u can read up on mamas opinions on how to tackle vjay discharge there.but personally I think d clotrimazole prescribed by urDr is OK.I don't hv idea about augmentine though

She didn't do any test. I called the second doctor he said why will she inject me? Am confused, but I told her I will get back tomorrow. Have Google search it , it not harmful to the baby.
