Your 4922a is still good for FTA

Just buy medium size funnel, cut it and gum with the LNB tail. Very easy and cheap.

Please @Talenty, what is your 1.8m used for, cos I use mine for Irib and Multi tv only. Can it be used also for Nilesat? Beinsports on my mind. Biko.

Check the pix I posted. I'm in the South south so 1.8m cannot get Nilesat unless you're in Northern Nigeria. Nilesat is possible here with 3m upwards

No need for that just buy Cband, it comes with the holder.

Hello house I bought strong decoder srt4950, the installer put two lnb on the same dish. That is Amos and joy but majority of the channels are scrambled channels. How do I get better stations there especially sports, geo wild, and CNN ? abeg help.

Bro, there are two ways to go from the way I see ur problem.
1. Either u keep paying subscribers fee to a Paytv company eg. Multichoice for ur desired channels, or
2. Depending on ur location, u go for a bigger sized motorized dish and enjoy FTA for as long as u want.

The choice is entirely urs.

Choose number 2, if not go for dstv that offers all the Supersports channels. Anything less than that is waste of money. That's a personal opinion though.

I heard that New channels are now on test transmission on Amos 5k angle 16/17 frequency 11056 H 09999 it a Ghanaian channel called (megs sports)

but Am not around to check...... anyone around with his/her decoder should manual scan it and Let us know how true It's.... it'll be really good to have sport fta on Amos.

When you have Aljazeera, BBC, France24, DW, VOA, and other news channels on that 16/17e.
Well if you must 'Oliver Twist', ITV & two of those Kenyan Channels use to join CNN late @ night and early in the morning. Enjoy.

It's online but you need to buy in large qty. The dealer I know in Aba says low demand is responsible for its scarcity.

It has two features
The dvb-s2 allows it to open all biss channels on yamal sat, irib and co. This one requires dish

The IPTV server requires no dish. Its very stable as it has option of European, American, Arabian IPTV servers. When purchasing in bulk from a dealer, the buyer can decide whether IPTV server to buy.
