one tip, you could spray the sliced ripe plantain with cooking spray,lay them on a flat oven tray and pop in the oven.
Or spray your regular pan and spray the plantain then put on your stove top at very low heat. To prevent them from burning.
Turn them on the other side when one side is cooked

It still comes out like deep fried plantain sans the oil. Takes a little while to cook too if you put it on low heat but the sacrifice we make for food we love huh?

That's what I do when I can't hold the urge anymore. I really do like fried plantain too.

I value my heart and the shape of my stomach a lot. This meal you have there is good but you would have to take the beef off the burger. Nice salad with dark olive seeds. What homemade juice do you have there? Above all, it is 80% healthy.
