aliumujib:Hello, We will deliver your package to you safely. But we are quite surprised that you will probably give a company a bad name because others are doing same. Please have you had the same issue as they did? |

shaiguy:Hello, And it was resolved on a Tuesday. Friday was a public Holiday and we do not work on weekends. Sorry apologize for any delays encountered. |

Hi, the item weight in my invoice seems incorrect, the seller of the item specifically said it is 1lbs, I have the invoice from USPS to prove it. In the invoice your site generated the item is 2.88lbs, how come??

aliumujib: they will probably reply you with some gibberish about dimensional weight. this has happened to me too many times. i just let it slide. |
Re: Shippyme Customer Care Thread On Nairaland by ericdry: 9:59am On Jun 08, 2015 |
good morning, Please cancel shipment S1506053636 or let me edit it. i do not want it shipped yet, as i have other items enroute and i would want to consolidate. i also do not want to ship with your insurance option. |
Re: Shippyme Customer Care Thread On Nairaland by ericdry: 10:17am On Jun 08, 2015 |
also, i noticced this today on my portal. S1504153866 AF OP $96.97 BML Active Bal: $0.00 (=N=9.99) . How does a Bal of $0 equate to 9.99 Naira. I have told you guys many times at your office in yaba. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ACCOUNTING. but no one seems interested in fixing it, or will even admit it exist. some time ago, after i was billed twice for the same package, i called many times, sent emails, and nobody would fix it. even though it was glaring to everyone. eventually after a visit to your office, i was credited for the over-billed shipment, and for the first time ....i actually had a blue on balance somewhere on my page. I had thought this positive balance would be applied to my next shipment, but when that came. it just disappeared. as though it never existed. I believe your company thrives on frustrating the client until he realizes its too much trouble to resolve the issue, and lets it go. someday soon, i might let you go too.....i hang around only for lack of a better option. please do not take my patronage for satisfaction. response time from your office is too long. if it takes 24hrs to get a reply to "Hello" then it'll probably take a full week to sort out the most minuscule of issues. Fix IT |

aliumujib:Hello, Please can I have your booking Number? I believe this is an issue with dimensional weight. Within the US which is ground shipping, the freight cost is determined by the actual weight. But, if it is international the Freight cost is determined from the higher of either the actual weight or dimensional weight. Thank you. |

Does shipping really work. http://www.chinnko.com/index.php?u=/topic/433/china-open-up-fields-of-cooperation-with-outside-world |
Re: Shippyme Customer Care Thread On Nairaland by Catlanta: 11:28am On Jun 08, 2015 |
ericdry:Hello, Please note that the dimensional weight is an internationally accepted means of billing and not our doing. Thank you. |
Re: Shippyme Customer Care Thread On Nairaland by Catlanta: 5:35pm On Jun 08, 2015 |
ericdry:Hello, Please note that the shipment can no longer be consolidated as it has already been prepared for shipping. Please ensure to always create a booking yourself before your items get delivered to our US address. You can create a new shipment for your remaining items yet to be delivered. Thank you. |
Re: Shippyme Customer Care Thread On Nairaland by ericdry: 10:31am On Jun 09, 2015 |
Catlanta: Funny how you can quickly prepare an item for shipping, but take forever to reply messages. i've asked in the past that you cancel your automatic insurance on my packages. i do not want to insure a tube of shaving cream i bought for 10 dollars and end up paying 17 dollars to ship. your disregard for my instructions and refusal to respond to my requests show that you are not a customer centric company like you claim. Please explain why in God's earth you would create a booking for me and not let me edit the parameters...unless i send you an email which you would not reply until over 24 hrs after. is that punishment for not creating a booking before shipment arrives? your webpage is not android friendly, so unles i have a pc at hand i couldnt create the booking even if i wanted to. abeg commot that insurance from the shipment. i wont pay it oo |
Re: Shippyme Customer Care Thread On Nairaland by Catlanta: 3:28pm On Jun 09, 2015 |
ericdry:Hello, Please note that we are constantly adjusting our system to meet up with Customer demands. The need to create a booking for a customer arise when packages are delivered prior to booking. In order to secure your items, a booking is created for you with the default option of INS and Office pickup in Lagos which can be edited upon request. The INS is selected by default because we encourage Customers to take insurance cover for their items. Hence, please send a mail to info@shippyme.com Quoting the booking number(s) and request for Insurance to be removed and it will be responded to by the processing Team. Thank you. Thank you. |
Re: Shippyme Customer Care Thread On Nairaland by ericdry: 10:59am On Jun 10, 2015 |
Catlanta: please note...when you create a booking on our behalf, you prepare it for shipment "prepared for shipping" at amazing speed. when i requested for an edit earlier, rather than help me, you said its no longer possible because it has been prepared for shipping. In fact you sent me notification that my item had been "received" by 5:50pm on friday evening (June 5)....way after your normal working hours... then you sent me another notification by 5:51pm on the same friday evening with a "prepared for shipping" status. Now that is amazing speed.. If i cannot change the details of my shipment after its been "prepared for shipping".... 1) how could i have changed the details on my package. 2) why have you not replied my email with instructions to remove insurance from the shipment you created or...let me edit it myself. email was sent to you 9:54am Monday morning. Stop telling your customers you will fix the problem and just fix it. its really simple. I Don't want insurance as a default for my packages.. i can understand if you do not consolidate by default. but no insurance unless i ask for it. i've attache a screen shot of my email...sent to you on monday....still unreplied... i've noticed, you guys are kinda lazy on your private channels, but respond faster on the public one..(nairaland). thats why i keep coming back here. thats not a very good model for customer relationship... i don't want the whole world reading my rants. i'd rather do this in private. but you guys have been the definition of unavailable. even the message centre on your portals...takes you forever to reply... this is a recurring theme amongst your customers.....

ericdry: Hello, We are confident to say that we are not lazy. We have a prolific Team of hardworking staff. And we do our best to resolve any complaint logged. Please note that we never received your mail requesting for INS to be removed. And we can no longer remove that option as the booking has been already assigned to batch. Thank you. |

I just got my order (S1505194105), it took ShippyMe 13 business days, so just a day late. I was worried because of the reviews here, but I'm glad my experience went well. I would be using them again 1 Like |

ShippyMe?! Stay faaaaaaaaaaaaar away from them. They receive your items collect their money and do whatever they please after all there is nothing you can do but dance to their tunes then since your items are held ransom. I am just too tired to retell the fight I have been having with them for months now. One thing I have learnt in business is how to count your losses and walk away because if stress and anger was monetized you would realise how much you put in. |
Re: Shippyme Customer Care Thread On Nairaland by yomazon: 9:19pm On Jun 13, 2015 |
I ordered 3 items on the 9th of july 2014, it has been 11 months and i still have not received the items or gotten any sensible response from you, 11 months is a long time, enough time to sort out any issues if you really wanted to. The last email i sent on may 13, 2015 got an equally vague response filled with uncertainty from one "UMAR ADERIBIGBE". I have decided to use this medium as a last resort before i publish my experience and take legal action. My order number is "S1407096435". |

yomazon:GOD... and after some people will come and say their service is good |
Re: Shippyme Customer Care Thread On Nairaland by ericdry: 2:39pm On Jun 14, 2015 |
gabriel74: Thier service is good sometimes, sometimes its bad... from my oersonal experience, i've been using them since last year... thier MAIN PROBLEM is with customer relationship and communication. when there's a problem, they dont keep you in the loop. they always say they dont get emails. they take forever to reply emails even when they'll admit they got them. keep in mind that all these are simple problems to fix. e.g notice above that their nairaland rep says they never got the email i sent, theats because they do not use a ticketing system to track issues or customer complaints. |

What's happening to my boss package? I advised her to try shippyme because I did in the past and had no regrets. Now shes giving me tough time at work over your ineffectiveness. She payed close to 40000NGN and no updates on her package yet. She is threatening to take legal actions on this and possibly suing me for conspiracy. Please look into this and let us know when to expect it. This is the 6th working day S1506087503 Catlanta: |
