The Code of Conduct Bureau will not make public the details of assets declared by President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo due to limitations in federal laws covering such release, the office has said. http://www.metronaija.com/2015/06/why-we-cant-release-details-of-buhari.html 2 Likes |

Meanwhile Buhari is set to declare a whopping N879 million in assets. Following the heightened criticism against President Muhammadu Buhari’s secret declaration of assets as against his campaign promise to make public his assets, reports have come to light to reveal that Buhari who claimed to be unable to buy the March 28 Presidential form is set to declare an estimated N879 million in assets. And the N879 million is just a tip of the iceberg, wait till BreakingTimes reveal his real estate in Dubai. Lets agree Buhari made good use of the $2.8b he looted, he invested well in Dubai. 43 Likes 4 Shares |

We have been scammed. Anyway, I seriously doubt that Buhari will want his assets to be declared publicly. Reason is, he sold himself to the majority of Nigerians as an austere man without any proclivity for avarice. Almost every of his supporter believes that he has no house in Abuja, has only 2 houses and 150 cattle to his name. What do you think would happen if this illusion is unravelled? 42 Likes 4 Shares |

Mogidi: Brainless liar. The campaign of calumny that did not make him lose election will not make him lose people's support. For the records, Buhari and Osinbajo did not say code of conduct will make it public. He said he will after verification from code of conduct according to constitution. You opposition are making Buhari's work easy cos when real criticism comes, the masses already see u guys as sore losers and town criers. Go and sit down, not every post deserves criticism. 16 Likes 3 Shares |

The law does not permit the asset to be released to the public doing so implies go against the law . However, since PMB promised to declare his assets during his election campaign , he should go ahead declare his asset to enable others follow suit. Not doing so will make him loose the respect and public confident in fighting corruption in the face of many Nigerians including the international community . 4 Likes |

If challenges that lie ahead are to be squarely tackled, the joint participation of all is indespensable. Thus we need revival of a sense of public obligation, especially in public offices. Change is a prevailing attitude. Please declare ur asset publicly. We voted publicly 12 Likes 1 Share |

Oh! When Jonathan said he had no shoes I was able to relate myseff with that because it sounded "real" but when Buhari said he had to obtain loan to purchase presidential ticket of N27m I never for a second believed it. How I wish the campaign was during ramadan he would have fear the rout of lying in the holy month. Lai Mohammed will talk less now because truth isn't easy, and pages won't be so full like it used to if he's to speak the truth. Forward Nigeria we pray for, we shall overcome! GOD bless our dear Nigeria, her President & the good people of the country. Ameen 10 Likes 1 Share |
