Saraki's comment about prof.osinbajo being a mere commissioner was not nice. Now it'll be difficult to face him confidently. We should be careful of what we utter from our mouth, once we say it,we can't take it back,an apology can help Douse the tension but it cannot heal the wound. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Lushcream: Mr you know little about politics. What happened in 2011 was a consensus agreement within the party against their own candidate. The main matter here is the superiority of the party to your candidacy. The Osun case was a case of personal feud between Aregbesola and GEJ. Tinubu is not only a great politician but a very intelligent man. He knows when and what to sacrifice to achieve a greater aim. Saraki is not safe cos the president is on the party's side and tinubu presently controls the party. Atiku too will still loose cos the president's people and tinubu's people will align against Atiku. Atiku and saraki are trying to control the senate and the party to cover up their corrupt past. 3 Likes |

Please where can book for space , I have something to say. But for this post , I think APC don't know the true definition of nigerian politics . It has been all about betrayal no one is ever innocent among them (ever) 1 Like |

stevecantrell: Saraki knows Osinbajo was commisioner in Lagos (though not from Lag) and that was his highest political office before becoming vice president. In truth any political nonentity can be Buharis running mate and Buhari will deliver the person just he did Osinbajo..Saraki should make peace with Osinbajo as the GEJ ascendancy has shown that a destined VP can become the CinC. 1 Like 1 Share |

In my opinion,I think it will be soo difficult touching saraki,He is now in good hand wit S/E, S/S and PDP ,all these see themselve as maginalised and in bad side of Buhari, and any atempt on Ekweremmadu/Saraki may make it difficult for Buhari to be accepted by these peple cos they may feel un belonged |

Saraki did nothing wrong in contesting, he followed the constitution, the president should meet with him and discussed ways to move the nation forward. is it by ignoring him, the president thinks will bring good governance? na waoooo!! 1 Like |

I dont beleive saiara report becus that was how how they carried fake news of selling presidential aircraft secondly how can buhari be angry again after he already told d party he didnt have prefered camdidate and that what happened is a true reflection of rule of law. I hate hypocracy.buhari should not dent his image by speaking with two side of his mouth .who is he afraid of ? This means he is not a man nf his word. |

Give Bukola one or two years, and he will show his true colour. Apparently, a lot of people are celebrating his victory based on hatred for Tinubu, but to a sensible and informed person, emotional gratification matters for nothing. Mark my word..... 'Watchoutfortherealbukola' 3 Likes |

Lushcream: And you think that SS/SE Votes will make him Nigeria President in 2019 which is Saraki Main Intention...............Saraki just used the Senate President as a stepping stone and now he needs to mend fence with people in other to actualize his ambition . .... Tinubu which you think is having issue with has nothing to loose because he Tinubu is not aspiring for any Post again , he will rather continue as Kings maker which means he will always win some and loose some but Saraki has a lots to loose if he fail in his ambition to be Nigeria President. 2 Likes |

Lushcream: You act as if you knew politics, but your hatred for Tinubu, betrays you. To start with, can you mention the Powerful Northern Politicians in the APC that are behind Saraki Apart from ATiku and and about 2 Senators? Gbajabiamila, polled 174 Votes While his opponent polled 181, meaning he was defeated by just Eight votes. So subtract 143 votes from mainly southern PDP, Dogara will be left with about 38 Votes from the rebelled APC members. Now from the calculations above can you honestly say the Northerners are against Tinubu? 1 Like |

SARAKI planned the coup against his party out of desperation to win the senate. Then he should face it alone. I'm surprised that he is runing helter sketer to mend what he has destroyed. Did he take the interest of his party, the interest of Nigerian, the interest of the change we wanted OR the his own narrow minded foolish interest at heart before he choose that part? Why is he looking for the president now. All the people including ATIKU, PDP member s and DAVID mark that he planned the coup with should also save him. Why can't he go to them so as to be able to reach the president. FOOL. Anyway the president, Oyegun and other party leaders have accepted his post with him. He should not seek to meet anybody and start doing his JOB and lets see how long it will last. TINUBU is the only politician that stood in opposition in Nigeria for 16 years without fear. He can withstand any weather. It is the other politician that are doing flip flop every where and to buckle up. OBJ respect him for that. All these people that hate TINUBU, where are they when he single handedly picked BUHARI instead of ATIKU in the APC primary? 1 Like 1 Share |

Clerverly:Don't give me you act as if you knew Politics ..... we are just discussing the Politics of our country .... Nobody knows it all in Politics, it is all about alliances. Saraki had the support of the G7 and if you knew who they are ..... they are the camel that broke Jonathan's back. Most analyst believed , GEJ allowing the G7 to decamp contributed a lot to his failure on the field. I am not a politician but I was disappointed in Tinubu ....... he should have not openly supported any candidate and come out clean the same way Buhari came out clean ..... PDP would have finished Saraki for Tinubu and Gbajabiamila would have won Dogara. The charisma of Gbajabiamala is more than that of Dogara .... in fact , in the whole National Aseembly, I doubt if there is one person that is more versed in the business of the house than Gbajabiamala ...... if not for Tinubu's factor , Gbajabiamila would have won Dogara hands down ..... Dogara doesn't near Gbajabiamala .... The difference of 8 votes that Gbajabiamala lost to Dogara was caused by Tinubu's factor .......... On that day, Some reps were televised during the election and they were all saying one thing They don't want outsider(Tinubu) influence on the Election, they said they want a leader who is a product of themselves not some consensus somewhere ...... I initially thought Gbajabiamala would won, what is Dogara , I never knew he exist but who doesn't know the competence of the House Minority leader but when SS/SE reps starting saying the bolded ..... I knew Gbajabiamala won't have it smooth and the result came. Dogara has it. 2 Likes |

Lushcream: So from your post, it is now safe to assume that APC=Tinubu? Because PDP stated emphatically at their retreat in PH that they were going to vote enblock against anybody APC presented in order to revenge 2011 lost of Speakership, which they did. Don't you know that, had APC supported Dogara, PDP would have voted Gbajabiamila? The number of PDP members in the 8th assembly is so significant that they can swing victory either side. So stop hating on Tinubu. One way or the other, APC will come out stronger from this crisis! Saraki will be the ultimate looser here! |

alfred18:We most times fail to take a message home, Saraki has the right but his problem is treachery, accepting to give the Deputy SP to PDP was the height of it. A man who is having a running battle over land with his brothers runs to the embrace of his father's enemy, accepting to concedel 40% of the land just to ve his way is treacherous no matter how we see it, the father and his sibling will never trust him again. |

Clerverly:APC faction of Tinubu = Tinubu ..... which has Tinubu himself the Jagaban, Bisi Akande, Oyegun (Tinubu installed Party Chairman) and Lai Mohammed ( The mouthed piece) ..... we have the G7 led by Atiku's camp and we have the loner, technocrats, non- aligned camp led by Buhari where you can find eggheaders like Fashola, Fayemi, Elrufia and the likes. Buhari has distanced himself from NASS election, Atiku didn't said anything until Bukola paid him courtesy visit why can't Oyegun led Tinubu also do the same and live the change they campaign for. Saraki is as maradonna as Tinubu, dem go dribble each other noni .... Saraki even surpassed Tinubu because he can enter into more political dirt Tinubu wouldn't dream of .... Nashoji: I can't keep quiet for ever. Now your parenthesis says VP Osinbajo is a "mere commissioner." No, he's not. He's the Vice-President of Nigeria, and my own bracket (number 2 citizen). What you agreed to is the same way I could call Saraki and you as mere "small children" because weren't you small children sometime before? Let me surprise your Nigerian mind by telling you I did support the emergence of Saraki as he took advantage of other people's stupidity and disregard for democratic procedures(running to see president when they were supposed to be voting). But everyone is bad in this country, depending when and where you look and Saraki's vanity and pride with which they ruin the country for you and me which made him refer to his superior by a position he used to hold is a very foul one |

Lushcream: I can now understand you are a PDP sympathizer who can believe and say anything just to spite Tinubu. So Fashola, Fayemi, Buhari are no longer Tinubu boys?? Buhari has distanced himself from NASS Then why are you on this thread? Tinubu installed Lai Mohammed, Oyegun etc and they installed Buhari and Now Buhari trusts the G7 that Voted for Atiku more than Tinubu( see logic) Please is Kwankwanso also a member of the G7? Why didn't they bring their Senators to Vote Saraki? Why did Saraki depend on the PDP to win? Your comment is laced with contradictions to say the least! 1 Like |
