Please I need the assistance of a programmer. I have a program that tracks letters received & dispatched using microsoft EXCEL but I need it to be encapsulated. By this, I mean I want it to be written in a better robust professional looking interface.

I also want it to be a .exe file i.e it should have a setup that needs o be installed first before it can be used on any computer.

On security, I don't want it to be duplicatable/transferable. This very important. Moreso, it should be compatible with most versions of windows.
