One of the greatest problems of the average igbo man I've found is the "we contribute the most to the success of this country" when we are all too aware that is not the situation. Nigeria is a country of many people , many tribes even within the SE many minority groups exist, and all have equally contributed, the last I checked while the Igbo are very enterprising the notion of enterprise is not unique to them , the top 5 employees of mass labour in the country are not Igbo owned, this false castigation of other Nigerians as lazy , lesser and unworthy is why the igbo community is not relevant because the collective might of the yoruba and Hausa can be used when they need it. You can't self separate and expect equal treatment, you're either part of the team or alone 7 Likes 2 Shares |

dinachi:that's what people refused to understand...violent secession can't benefit the ibos,we are so much integrated in Nigeria that we are left with no choice than to live as one...if we knew our history, all ibos would agree with me that violence cnt solve our problem, last time we tried it,we lost our fathers, mothers, siblings n families to the violence, and I wouldn't want to mention the economic impact it had on us,we started from scratch once again and here again some elements are calling for the repetition of history, they say its only when a fly perches on the testicles that you'l know that there's always a non-violent way to approach any situation.let peace reign..long live Nigeria...one Nigeria.....NB:when these war mongers sound the drum of war, they'l all travel out of the country with their families and the masses will do the killings and be killed..ibos......wake up!!Biafra is a failed project....igbo enwe eze....even in the biafran civil war, they were crisis within, sabotage and mostly undisciplined.....Long live the Igbos...we are stuck2geda.. 3 Likes |

Normality:GEJ was chasing shadows with the freak shows that made up his cabinet...GEJ lost it completely does not mean the fight for resource control cant be achieved...we would push for it like never before...seperate the country them no gree, oya come to terms with resource control no way too..why should we be in this useless trap called nigeria...the north wont exploit its solid minerals so that the country can be diversified thereby creating enough jobs for the populace nationwide and also revenue... Because of oil we cant seperate... The gbege wey we dey avoid for this country go still burst because we cant continue like this forever... |

chamboy:Are you sure of this Kos most of them there didn't join out of patriotism.. And if you recall during the war,Igbos returned to fight for Biafra, even those who had been answering Awusa names in order to fill up slots for northern Nigeria, they all came back to fight for the homeland. So don't take anything for granted! |

Nigeria is a british fraud and can never grow is not a cause but British programming with all the tribes fighing each other on who we will steal more it is better to let the indigenous people to go but because Britain are the owner of the creation and that is hhiw they want it, that is why someone like BABA ONE CHANCE can emerge our leader in 21st century and we are expecting undustralized nigeria or zoo SHAME!!!!!! |

Let Biafra go so that the following will happen: reduced death due to fake drugs, reduction in mad men due to hard drugs, reduction in armed robbery by 90 percent, 55 percent reduction in Prostitution, 75 percent reduction in cannibalism and kidnapping, another round of problems with SS because of oil as biafraudians will wanna dominate Ssners, free space to move in oodualand etc. 1 Like |

Goodboiyy: secession and biafra can not be used interchangably. A SS community that has been deprived of their farmland and water they used for Agriculture because of oil spillage and still have nothing to show for it, would want a situation where they get 100% derivation of the oil being drilled out of their land (as obtainable in texas, Usa. The wealth is only distributed by trade), the confab sought to address the anomaly but people from the north and sw squashed it. Leave Biafra out, this community will dive at any chance of self-determination and secede. |

dinachi: How long do you think we should continue reaching out? You guys have made it perpetually impossible for d igbos to attain dat office by your skewed census figures over the years. Keep your presidency cos you don't trust d igbo enough to let them get there. GEJ was perceived to be igbo and was attacked and bombarded to submission. How much more an igbo man? You will understand this only when you have an instance where a less qualified and competent person is made to head you who is better experienced and qualified. Until then......... 1 Like |
