please, this story is real.

me and this guy have been friends for almost 3years now, we're like best friends. he's more like a brother I never had, but his girlfriend won't let me rest.

my boyfriend even knows him, they talk on phone. so we are not dating, nothing like that. I can relate to him very well, he tells me everything and anything troubling him.

just recently, he and his girlfriend quarrelled and I was put in the middle once again. I told him its time we end things cos of his girlfriend, I dont want him to lose his relationship. but he won't LEAVE me!

he keeps calling and begging me not to leave him, he doesn't want to end our friendship. I no longer pick his calls anymore. what should I do? should I still keep the friendship or leave him? I'm confused pls advice me!

my bf is cool, he trust me enough to let me have a male as my best friend. just cos he's a boy doesn't mean we can't be friends . his girlfriend thinks we're dating but we are not!

If you don't leave him now that the monster is just raring its head,this is what will happen;

-His relationship will break,his girlfriend over time will find it hard to believe there is nothing going on.

-He will channel all his emotions to you and you will love out of pity gradually destroying your own relationship.

-Your relationship will finally break and you guys will start dating officially.

-The date process will be smooth until one of either of you's exes creeps back,then you break up and then one person is left with the everlasting agony of the heartbreak which will most likely be you.

I've this friendship I've had since childhood that my S/O likes to find fault with. Actually, he likes to finds fault with quite a few of them, but one in particular.

I guess that would make me your brother-friend in my own scenario, but I'm not sure what to tell you tbh. It'd be easier to advise your friend.

lol , I haven't gotten around to getting used to text shorthand. I'll get used it though as even semi-formal documents from close colleagues and friends tend to contain a lot of these abbreviations.
