To succeed,you need to be able communicate well to your workers about what you want them to do,how you wanted it to be done.

One of my daily major challenge in managing my workers and staff is communicating in simple language what I want and seeing that they do exactly as I want it.

This is very important because you cannot be involved in all the normal and technical operations on the farm.

I lose some money recently because of a little mistake made by my worker.
This also boils down to regular training of workers on the farm to intimate them with the updated ongoings in the business.
