And here I lay, in a self debate
Penned down words of which I cant relate
How deep really did I let this sink?
It's easier to say- let my voice be the ink

Rid me of this!
Assess how much from it I've learned!
Rid me of this!
I've now got those of which you yearned

Painted now in black
One of which you gold-plated
Left to roam in the dark
One whom you did find a bed

I'll be the Hero I was born to be

I'm grounded and focused on what I have to do
