As regards this WES evaluation, it has been going fine in my case until WES requested for verification from my undergraduate school. My school said dey are yet to receive the correspondence. I called WES to complain - that my school is yet to receive its request, they said they tried sending to my undrgrad school's e-mail but the e-mail is bouncing back (though I confirmed that the e-mail is working). I am thinking if I know the content of the letter WES send to undergrad schools, since I have an insider in my undergrad school, I can just tell them to send verification e-mail to WES quoting my reference number and other relevant details. The issue is that I dont know the content of the e-mail they do send and the e-mail dey send with. Anyone has this info? ejirostephen: |

WoodcrestMayor: Well according to the information on their website, the VISA offices in Lagos or Abuja, will be used to process Express Entry applicants alone. Not Federal Skilled Workers Applicants. 1 Like |

Greetings to all members in the house. I need advice from d elites and elders(Jesusdway, Solomonwise, Damkole.........) I have an Msc in Petroleum Engineering( Evaluated by WES) and a Bsc in Mechanical Engineering( Not evaluated by WES) I am interested in using my Bsc, Mech Engr. to apply for SINP, even though it has not been evaluated by WES Could this be a problem as it is not evaluated (i.e. not the highest qualification) |

Hello Guys, please is it compulsory to get reference letter from all your past employers even if they dont fall under your NOC or just reference letter for your NOC? i read the documentation guideline which states you should provide reference for all job for the past 10 years. what can i do when one of my past employer which is not my NOC is not forth coming in giving a reference letter what other alternatives do i have. Also i cant find the employment letter and termination letter of my first place of work which also is not my NOC, can anything be done about that? Please i need advise. molly14: To my best understanding as i have an experience with them....they only updated me that they have submitted my request and never got back to me again, their site to check my updates on how far my request for transcript was always not opening with bad error message. I went to get an insider to help me process it and sent to ICAS which now took over 6 months to produce my ECA. My conclusion is this, they are a fraud. They have still not contacted me ever since. please be wise! |

meta4: I think an explanation will suffice(I think I've read something like that before). Besides, I don't think the 10years thing is compulsory, I think the most important is having reference letter for the NOC concerned. Employment letter and termination letters aren't requested by CIC(my guess is that they are not comprehensive enough as they do not state your a lot of the details CIC wants to see like the no of hours you work in a week, your supervisor's contact details, no of years of work, etc), it is reference letter that is required so, do the let the missing employment and termination letters bother you in this regard. |
Re: Canadian Federal Skilled Worker Program-timelines Here by JesusDWay(m): 1:11am On Jun 25, 2015 |
MostBlessed: You may need to be clearer with what you mean by 'using your Mechanical Engineering qualification to apply for SINP'. As far as I know, your reference letter showing your work experience in mechanical engineering is what will be requested as your proof of competency as a Mechanical Engineer and as such, if SINP is not asking for your ECA, you may not bother. What I remember about their requirement is your EE Profile Number and Job seeker validation code and as such, your ECA ain't in the picture. |

Hello house please I have a question. I am applying for graduate studies in Canada. I have secured an admission, meanwhile my family applied for FSW December 2014 current status on time line PER April 2015. If my studies commence before the PR is attained, will I have my subsequent sessions' tuitions charged as discounted for PR? Jesusdway, solomonwise and co please help out. |
