To be honest you need more time to define what you actually want to be..
Please dont see this as too harsh but the truth.Many people has talent but not everybody will sing.You can be writing songs for others to sing.
The producer only took your money.Its really a no no..I cant grade it..

Song Genre :90% Afro Hip Hop (Many people will love it
Song Compilation:5% The producer is still learning.No roll, no chorus the vocal too loud.The mixing is really bad.Go back to him/her and ask for a refund.
Song Composition. 60% You have some skills..You need more practicing and recognize song structures i.e chorus,ad-lib,verses e.t.c.Everybody has a mentor so take time to listen to your mentor's songs and see the song structure.

Overall grade :You need to rewrite the songs into parts(structure) and look for a better producer
