Who's industrial court? Are we talking about labour or industrial matters here, 4 God sake this a constitutional matter. Ofcos the matter is still in Rivers high court. So?

That judge should be suspended..this is not an industrial dispute so he has no jurisdiction over the case..am sure he knows
it should be handled by federal high court or a state high court

That the case was filed in Bayelsa before an industrial court speaks volume about the diabolical intent of the litigants. The courts in porthacourt are open and the judges are sitting, why take a case involving local issues in the state to a court outside the jurisdiction of the state. The industrial court judge is obviously one of the bad eggs in the judiciary as he must be aware that his court lacks the jurisdiction to handle the case and that the issues involved are not industrial in nature.

Amaechi and his desperate supporters tried this kind of rubbish in the days and weeks leading to the inauguration, shopping for injunctions round the country, from owerri to Lagos and later Kano, fortunately they could not find a corrupt judge to do their evil bidding. I have no doubt that this latest judicial shenanigans would also come to nought

have you read the amendment of section 155 of the Constitution and the wide powers given to the National Industrial Court?
Wike should lead his party to an election Tribunal. Afterall the APC federal Government did not annul his elections which was adjudged by Observers as one of the worst elections in the World.

So APC still want the governor to obey court order, but they refused the court order that stop them from conducting that election
