Y'all talk about salaries as if some Yankees earn any more than we do.
The US consulate doesn't give a Rat's butt about a lot of things namely salary and the others. There's an instance someone with an income of less than 50k got approved.

Once again I wanna use this medium to say, Travel history and home ties are invaluable in getting approved. Not forgetting the disposition of the officer and the " " wey dey for ya village.

I noticed they granted visas to elderly people and people who came as family. They really bounced young and single peeps. The VO didn't ask us much, went with my dad, mum and elder sis.
VO- whr are u people travelling too?
We- Texas
VO- have u travelled to the US b4?
We- No
VO- asked my popsy, how long have u been self employed and if he was paying for us all?
Dad- 20yrs and yes, I am paying.
VO- "smiled" and asked my sis, are u a student?
Sis- No, I work
VO- asked me same question as he asked my sis
