I only speak from personal experience. Not many to be honest. But a lot of the places I've seen aren't the nicest.

I don't think there's a scale for dirty in my opinion. It's just not clean.
Would you mind mentioning some of these places? I'm asking all these questions because I'm trying to understand your point of view.

The only place I've been to in Nigeria is Lagos. Last time I was around 13/14. My house is kinda on the outskirts and I didn't really like it cause I felt it wasn't cultured enough. So I stayed with a family friend towards the centre I guess. And it was awesome I won't lie. I had more fun than I probably would have had if I didn't go. But we'd go to the markets and there'd be flies hovering around the meat. Blood dropping everywhere. Lizards everywhere. Little wooden stalls and it just wasn't nice.

There were these like Dusty roads and they were literally pure water bags compeessed with sand and dust. So yeah.
