Although,it was stated in their requirements that 2:1 should apply,on the online form,the box for grade wasn't marked as a compulsory box,meaning that,even if you left the box empty,your application would have submitted and still get the test link. However,organisations are usually very strict with requirements,they call it "company's policy",the online selection is usually done by a system software because of the large number of applicants. But,at subsequent stages,their HR team would be fully involved and you may be screened out, I know KPMG doesn't joke with their job requirements,one can be dropped at any stage because of that. Thus,to clear all doubts, send an email to Harps HR team to clarify your doubts. Goodluck! |

Na wa o!!!!! The poor grasp of simple oyibo by some people is becoming distressing sha. The company says by taking d Test you are confirming your availability to PARTICIPATE in the programme (IF SUCCESSFUL) AND LEAST 10 DAYS AFTER RESULTS HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATED.
The capitalised words and sentences should be enough to make clear to any 2.1 graduate, (which is one of the criteria for qualification), that an individual would have to be aware if he/she is successful within a period of at least 10 days because obviously the programme itself would be starting at least 10 days from when you got your test result.
The test ended on the 21st of this month. At least 10 days from that date comes up as July 1st, 2015. Before that date individuals should know if they are on for the next stage or not.
Abeg biko you guys should not come here and confuse people with your different interpretations of such simple guidelines. and u graduated with 2.1? At least 10 days means ( greater than or equal to 10 days). So the upper bound is infinite. If it is at most 10 days, it means it won't exceed the 10 days.(lesser than or equal to) |

Those that got the trick kudos to u. First, may I ask you your score? If you scored 100% then I think you are among those who cheated also with these inferences you made. Why don't we all give it a break? The fact that some people scored 100% doesn't mean we should discredit the process. I for one didn't scored 100% and I can vouch that I never cheated when taking the test. There are some who scored 100% and never cheated too. If there are people who cheated to scored 100%- Good for them. That's their luck. So far we should be thankful for even been called to write the test and not even wasting transports fare all about because of some sorts of job that's not guarantee. Whatever the decision of this Company would be regarding the test, I advised we all take it in good faith not questioning the credibility of the recruitment process. Its not even sure this is the only stage of the recruitment so why disturbing yourself. If someone had cheated during the test, posterity sit silently awaiting such person. We should be careful what we write here so that the entire test will not be cancelled. |

Let me assume wat u wrote up there is right and taking the test as many times as possible was actually an oversight on the side of HARPS. But bro, whoever took d test more dan once has a serious issue with facing life and its realities; and has a ridiculously low self esteem and worth. But on the other hand, what u wrote sef is incomprehensible...Nigeria is in BIGGGG trouble if graduates reason like u do. I didnt close any window after taking d test using my laptop, and if i click on d link, it shows me my result up til present. It is just 3 days into the long wait. I pray most of us don't get disappointed after the long wait. Because individual scores will be compare with the 100 word essay that we wrote before getting the online invite for the test. Scoring 100% does not say you have gotten the slot for the training. I am also sure the HR department knows the Quantity and Quality of individuals they need to carry on their business endeavors. |

Personally i noticed that one can open the test on more than one tap on the system. After running the test with out closing your window, the other open tab also gives you access to start the test again. and you can only get your result displayed on your profile when you must have clicked on close window.
I am not trying to discredit hard working individuals that score low or high in the endeavor. personally i scored 69%. it only takes intergrity to stand bold and point a finger at innefficiency in any system. And please for those that want to start Bad mouthing me on this point trust me you will not get a response from me. I pray time heals all our cares and gives us all a favorable response 1 Like |
