Seriously what's the big deal in washing thr bum with tap water. I only use warm water on my boy wen d weather is cold. Babies only get used to what they are exposed to. I Av a niece, if she bath with room temperature water she'll catch a cold, her bath water have to b hot, this is cos of how she's raised. Its nt as if u r bathing d baby with cold water...its just d bum and only when they poop.

hmmmm, it is well. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the strip o. And to think I never saw my period once.

Pls Mamas . My three months old baby prefer sleeping on his tommy. He doesn't sleep well when I put him to sleep on side or back. N I had sleeping on tommy is not good for babies. Pls advice me on what to do.

Pls mamas, my baby seem to react to foods i eat, for instance; when i take beans, vegatables(efo riro), she tends to poo for like 5-6times a day and farts like an adult(very loud but not smelly). Dis is not d case when i take rice, semo, spaghetti, yam etc.



Pls wat other nutritional food recipe can i take apart from dos listed above Thanks

whenever my baby wants to suck at night (4-5times), i have to get up and will wait for her to burp b4 putting her down again or else, breastmilk comes out thru her nose..........

My dear, I was in your shoes 2 months back. My mum came around but she couldn't have been able to carry the two alone, so I employed a nanny and since my mum is with her, I have peace of mind.
I advice u employ a nanny and let ur little cousin assist her and watch her too. My two cents.

Ear infection (Otitis Media). My baby had it at 2 weeks...it was a scary experience. It is due to their under-developed ear-nose-throat canal, and is the end result of a cold or nasal congestion.

I think I used antibiotics. The doctor prescribed it. A swab of the ear was done, and the most appropriate drug was given. Did they do an ear swab? Also, did you store the antibiotic properly and give him the right dose? Did you also prevent water from touching the ears so it can heal inside properly?

My sis may God bless u,no ear swap was'nt done cos we didn't see d specialist bt we ar asked 2 com bac next week.bt as d doc saw d discharge he gav him antibiotics nd ear drop.I jst wish it goes away 4 life ds time

My sister am nt a joker o,i do see babies within his range that their mothers give pure water and i thought maybe they dont want them to get used to the boiled one. hmmm, even an adult told me and my Dh that we shouldnt get too used to a particular type of pure water for our drinking so it wont be too used to our system. Johnson wipes was the last one I used before switching to water, I still have some new ones at home till now, I refuse to use them. I've not used the baby dry diaper before, when I tried buying drylove, I couldn't get size 4 in Festac.

Put mine on tommy earlier sef nd nothin happened,jst be sure d sheets ar well laid 2 prevent choking.

I have had 2 kids, and none of them has/had teething issues.Teeth just dey appear....no fever, no stooling.

And I did not use any drug before/during/after.

Please mamas, i want to know if it possible for a 2mths old to be teething. I noticed that my lo is showing some sign of teething like chewing his mouth as if there's some solid food in his mouth & someties dipping his hands in his mouth to rub his gum. Isn't it too early or is any one else experiencing this?
