im sorry about your phone. i think your phone might be dead, but not because you didnt update it...thats ridiculous if you ask me. secondly it happens to some BB phones, i cant remember the name for it, but your phone appears to be in a dead state, meaning no noticeable functions. the debate has been, if its a software issue or hardware issue?? point is, Blackberry are aware of this. so in your case, lets assume its a hardware issue (that is no noticeable functions), so the only resolve is to get a motherboard replacement.

Guys, good evening, now iv been receivin notifications to download blackberry os 10.3. I started d process with wifi..and after downloading and installing the file of 1.1 gig, it just showed a fresh"step 1 of 2" downloading update 1.5gig...is that normal?
