No, You can only call them on Monday through Thursday from 07:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. respectively!

Plus under which conditions do you intend to file for the divorce?
I'm saying all these because the judge might grant and might not grant you divorce depending on the circumstance, there are many lawyers in Nigeria and most of them don't even know much or follow recent cases about family law or the MCA.
Whatever the situation is I wish you all the best because apparently you are hooked in the U.S until you can get papers to come home without hassels which you haven't got yet if you are not mistaken.
