To succeed,you need to be able communicate well to your workers about what you want them to do,how you wanted it to be done.

One of my daily major challenge in managing my workers and staff is communicating in simple language what I want and seeing that they do exactly as I want it.

This is very important because you cannot be involved in all the normal and technical operations on the farm.

I lose some money recently because of a little mistake made by my worker.
This also boils down to regular training of workers on the farm to intimate them with the updated ongoings in the business.

Someone told me that he was told by a plantain farmer that you can make over 2000% profit in plantain within the first year
Why would you make up exaggerated figures just to part away with peoples hard earned money?
Plantain business is highly lucrative with good management but not 2000% profit as was said by a liar.

Beware of people that only tells you that you can be a billionaire overnight in this business
They have not made mistakes and they claim to have all the experience in the business
They are there to part away with your hard earned money
As soon as they part with your money,you keep hearing different stories.
