The difference is caused by the ginormous rent paid for shops in Abuja which must reflect on prices of goods sold so you don't need to feel one kind about the prices.

Wuse shops are between 1.5-2m p.a .

Though I don't shop much in this city unless I have no option but I'm lucky that in 3-4mths, I usually have a reason to visit lagos so I do my shopping there as well, I bought a kitchen veggies stand for 6k in holloway in balogun, my friend liked it & we went to wuse to get it @ 8.5k with lots & lots of talk & abeg.

Avoid very big fishes, they are usually high in Mercury. Avoid mackerel too...think that's the one we call Titus in Naija

I also bought the 3 layer hanger with wheel here in Sahad Abuja for 7k, there are other 3layers wt less price, it depends on the quality. But as long as it's in abj, it will be higher than oda places, dats abuja way for you.

As in she compared the pain from the vjay tear to the scar from the cs and she was like that of the tear is actually worse. But I am hoping/ praying for a tear free vaginal delivery.

Abeg, I am 39 weeks and 3 days today, went to see the doctor, checked PCV level, and was told its 29%. The doctor sad it's low for someone that could be going into labour anytime from now. I had been on ferobin plus since the beginning of the pregnancy so I am wondering why it's low, anyways I have been told to discontinue it and start fersolate 2 in the morning n night, and folic acid. Please any other advice on how to boost my iron level?
