Those Bokoharam prisoners are Nigerians and are free to be transferred to any prison facilities within the country(the last time I check, all Igbo states are still part of Nigeria) without fear of molestation!
Stop the discrimination now or you guys shouldnt complain when faced with same treatment in Lagos or Kano.
