So when the Osun Government said they will pay workers by month end, their plan was to pay them "propagandaly". Soon the LG workers will ccome out and refute the payment too

I think APC's govt tenure will be very short at the fed level. Cos buhari seems to be enjoying himself, moving at a pace that fits his age and the other members are fighting over whatever they can lay their hands on. Change indeed
