This is not the first time I spoke with him. I have received items through him before. He has also called me before to tell me my items have arrived. I called several times today alone. I don't think I have to be introducing myself every time I call someone I have called several times before. I used the same number on the package to call him not a different number. If armed robber wants to call if shipment have arrived, using first 3 minutes to introduce himself won't stop the robbery or the scam. So that's no excuse. He was simply rude and arrogant.

Anyway, I have reported to Mikky and we have settled it.
