My Dad was issued an America visa few weeks ago..through is processing he register all his spouse in the document my mum nd other children...

Now plan change one of my brother taught of following him for the short trip...

My question is will my brother start a fresh visa processing or he can use my dad's visa advantage to get his own visa easily since his name is among the children on my dad visa document in the embassy?

Children are not included in us visa applications.No space like that in the ds 160.your brother will have to apply for the visa in his own right.i smell an immigration intent here.....

I don't think there's anything wrong applying for us visa with a virgin passport provided u meet their visa requirements. I just applied with a virgin passport too and appointment is for july. I am optimistic I will get the visa insha Allah

Hi all, I hope I'm not detailing. I've got an issue bothering me. The date of birth on my international passport differs from that of my marriage certificate and I need to apply for a US visa with my husband hope this won't cause problems. Kindly advise

i was granted my visa on the 9th of June 2015..was told to collect it in 3 days time, but was not ready due to their network/printing issues den. i got a mail yesterday and hv picked it up this morning..so if you have the same issue, kindly wait for a confirmation mail and go and pick it up.
