Everyone is treated individually. If he meets the requirements he will get it if not he won't. Nothing like using husband, father or anyone advantage. He is an adult right? @soleexx

it might not be an added advantage if she adds you
hmmmm I will advise she applied alone. You guys aren't related and they might think you want to help her settle down there. Stating you are traveling with someone doesn't count or add any advantage

Meanyl bros no come put the Naira value when we need...income per month

my dear, couldn't agree more. wonder what the price of the suit had to do with anything. I must admire him though for knowing his job well, that must have helped, not the two-months-lasting cologne or $750 suit (although looking/smelling good always is right). congrats all the same.

Simple, whatever question you are asked requires a truthful response. So, never try to lie or cover up anything during the interview. Say it as it was, is and would be. Chloe/LadyG/Justwise please help out here.

Yes, he did not mention this and the CO choose not to ask him since he/she already knew he would be refused.

The CO has noted this situation on his file already making it easy for a different CO to be aware of in his future application. He either comes clean in future and accept this as a mistake or face the uncertain consequence if he removes this entry.

Welcome back...I have been a silent reader currently on page 106 skipped briefly to recent pages hoping to see your advice's but didnt see any. Hope to see more of you on the thread. Great Job, the testimonies on the pages 99 - 106 which I have read is quite informative

Hello VO, Hello House
Is it possible to travel to the US and return after 2 weeks but its not in record that you actually traveled and returned after 2 weeks in the US the reason why am saying this is on my way back there was no stamp out of the US other than the stamp that was stamped on my passport at the airport in Nigeria the day i returned.

I want to attend my sister's wedding in the US (she's a PR there) with 3 of my siblings, 3 of us have virgin passports, out of which 2 are still undergraduates while one is serving. My other sibling works and has a fair travelling history. My Dad is sponsoring the trips, accommodation etc. My questions are, Are our chances better going individually or as a family? What are the benefits of a family appointment, does it mean we get to go to the embassy the same day and go together to meet the V.O? Also want to know if it's okay for my dad to be the sponsor of my sibling that works?
Re: Usa Visit Visa by nkc(m): 10:21am On Jun 30, 2015
@kino ... there is no need for a stamp, its an epassport, the mere fact its scanned on exit in the usa airport, is all that is required to show ur on d way out, it has a readable memory that has been updated , the stamping is mere formality and keeps record incase of a data breach..... cheers

Its not possible. Their record will show that u returned, not necessarily for the date u returned be stamped on your passport. Check your i-94 online, u will see that the date u departed the US is on their record

they don't need to stamp or scan on your way out buy they know you are on your way out, that's advanced technology, the uk and some schengen countries do not stamp on the way out, most advanced countries don't infact. But the day you stepped out of their shores they know you have gone.
