[i]Hey peeps
I told him no like its bloody lunch time who gets wasted at lunch
And he said to me he thought i was a classy chic, but he thought WRONG!

Please lol how is that unclassy
. . . . . Well, looking at it from another angle, if you actually said those 2 words up there 'bloody and wasted' to his face, perhaps that could be what he was referring to as in him thinking you were classy, but you aren't. He might not even be referring to the fact of you taking or not taking wine. No classy girl will used those words in a guy's presence. Just thinking outta the box! Think about it also Lady!!

Hey peeps
Lolz ok so yes i went on a lunch date thing today with a guy i was introduce to by a mutual friend, we've seen each other before but there was no spark so i didnt really entertain it.

Anyway as you all know i'm single and have been for a while now... We decided to meet a place close to me so i can get back to work on time .

Ok we ordered food , had light convo just general stuff

Now the issue
Ok oh this guy orders wine i had a little bit but im not really a wine drinker anyway , and then the guy kept saying
"Why dont you drink some "?
"Have some more wine are you shy"
I told him no like its bloody lunch time who gets wasted at lunch
And he said to me he thought i was a classy chic, but he thought WRONG!

After he said that i felt insulted just killed the mood , but didnt say anything just told him i have to go and would call him later.

Please lol how is that unclassy? this is why i dont bother going on yeye date so annoying .. Anyway thats the end of him (history) he can go find a wine drinker somewhere else or do u think i am over reacting? Dont get guys

The endangered life of a lady in a cruel
world of men...a fact file for the women
folk.

I honestly feel great empathy for the ladies because of their vunulrability in this cruel and merciless world of men.

A lady is usually engulfed with the euphoria of been approached by many men yet a woman can recieve love advances from 10men in one week yet all these 10 may have one singular intention of just sleeping with her and dumping her.

While some are kind enough to let her go as soon as they have their way, some men are so wicked that they let her waste many years with them just to latter dump her.

A lady may even have many men ask for her hand in marriage and all these men might just want to marry her for the wrong reasons, some may want her as a sex partner, house maid, baby mama with not even one of them wanting her for what marriage truly stands for.

The most astonishing part is that these men will give no clue about their intentions as some of them will practically beg for your love just to have you open your legs and latter show their true self.

If you are a lady enjoying attention from
many men please slow down and pray to God to prevent men of crazy intent from
approaching you but only let men of pure
intent see you.

@ op u sure he isn't a secondary school leaver with that kind of attitude?... I mean even if the guy is dry & uninteresting why would he be emphasizing on the wine drinking well, u never liked him from the onset & i guess u made the convo stiff for the poor kid so he kept trying to make u high hoping u would loosen up not knowing u where secretly praying for the date to end ASAP go for part 2...half a bread is better than none..its just dating nobody says it has to lead anywhere & be more accommodating na time the guy dey spend minus the owo involved wink

Lets stop and think for a moment,
What if the wine was expensive and he didn't want it to go to waste

Can any of you go to your bosses house for a dinner, be offered food and say you don't want
it doesn't seem polite... it must have taken time and effort to make the dinner perfect for your sake since you are a guest...its only polite to pretend to enjoy the food and show you appreciate the effort.

This is just a speculation, it might not be the guys real intention
Its also possible its he's first time of seeing a girl who doesn't drink wine..

Or he feels girls who don't like wine are "unclassy" and he's ego was too big to keep it to himself..
We can't just assume he wanted to have sex with ladybird

This is why a lot of ladies out there are still single. You are drawing a conclusion just because of the guy's statement and I am sure he will say it in yoruba 'ase oti e le'.
Most of our ladies has over watched American, Indian and all these love season film where the guy will be acting according to the script of the film.

Our parents don 't have eateries during their time, most of them meet at the stream or under one mango tree. And am not sure the guy will be acting in a natural way.

Am sure a lady like you will say because the guy didn't come down to open his car door for you, you can't date such an unromantic person.

Babe forget o. Back in the days guys do memorise the lines to use and rehearse your moves. These days with what is happening around. Omo na see and buy oo

Abi oo...dating and being romantic is not something taught in schools and its not something as natural as eating.

We come across tips and tricks here and there from time to time
So you can't blame the guy for being unromantic

No need to draw conclusions

The guy was rude but the guy who isn't rude might be a womanizer
The guy who isn't a womanizer might be insecure
The guy who isn't insecure might be stingy
