it is so bad, there is no employment regulatory body in Nigeria. You cant try this crap in the Middle East, their citizens are their priority. We must stand up against these despicable acts inorder to move forward. |

Soon emplyers will say ur guarantors should come in person and deliver ur application. one of d guarantors should personally submit d applicants application letter to the employer, one should submit d cv and d other should submit d copies of d applicants credentials. in addition, d three guarantors shall be called for test and interviews of which their failure to impress the employer disqualifies d applicant. NB: Ur guarantors must have a domiciliary account with any of the Nigerian banks with a minimum account balance of $8000. 2 Likes 1 Share |

“Sir, can we all become entrepreneurs? And if not, what advice do you have for those of us who look forward to being gainfully employed?” FREE E-Book: 500+ Interview Questions for Grads, Executives & Specialists! DROP YOUR EMAIL A young man delivered a dazzling lectures at NYSC Orientation Camp Nkewere LGA of Imo State that changed and determined my passion in life. He titled the talk “The Jobs Are No More, So Think Entrepreneurship!” I thought, what a great Topic… so I had a tough time battling with rushing thoughts during his ‘sweet’ presentation and at the end I was opportune to ask a question. FREE E-Book: 500+ Interview Questions for Grads, Executives & Specialists! DROP YOUR EMAIL I asked, “Sir, can we all become entrepreneurs? And if not, what advice do you have for those of us who look forward to being gainfully employed?” Unfortunately, he never answered the question. He instead passed a cruel remark on me He relied “…only lazy people think that way”. I also wish he never answered me that way because he was booed off the stage and literally ‘Control Z’ all the nice impression he had made. After my NYSC in 2011, I embarked on a JOB SEARCH ADVENTURE - Took about 26 interviews in 3 years! Changed Job 4 times between 2011& 2013, Completed a Masters Degree in Personnel Psychology...all in the bid to answer my own Questions & Help you with the same! I Presently work as a Administrative Officer (HR) @ Federal University Oye-Ekiti. Having sat on a couple of interview panels, I have compiled those daunting questions that I have heard or asked at panels. This E-book addresses a portion of my June-2010-unanswered-question. Dopefiend: d wickedness we Christians show to each other is nothing compared to theirs..The wickedness I have passed through in d hands of a pastor is a write off...At times fellow Christians make one question his existence. .Well I'm not arguing. .but Muslim's have showed me more love so far..Even in the aspect of Employment. . 4 Likes |

Segadem: Maybe they expect us to come from heaven with working experience. Well obviously they are targeting pple who attended private university or people who studied abroad. Imagine if u gain admission to Covenant Uni at 16, u finish at 20, u go for Nysc at 21. Finish ur msc at 22, work for 2 yrs, then u qualify for their job. I went to a federal uni and spent a total of 10 yrs for both bsc and msc. I didn't have extra o. Infact I had the best results in both. But ASUU strike claimed a total of 4 yrs out of it. |

spankyflex: I doubt it. Access Bank's microfinance arm is Blue Intercontinental and if they are still operational, then I don't think they are as robust as elnino2015 puts it. If he says that bank's commercial arm is actually the largest with a robust microfinance, I'd say its Firstbank. It'd be absolute ridicule on their brand if they are the ones with such requirements. Op, their requirements are unethical so do not worry about naming them. How can they ask an applicant's guarantor to bring a blank cheque? It'd be unethical if the story is made up. So long as its real, then let people know and be careful. 1 Like 1 Share |
