First is please which shampoo can be used and do i have to do all of the hair special care for my son, although I plan to do afro for him till he is 1 cos he is very hairy.
Second is I noticed some rashes on my son's face, I felt it can't be heat rashes cos its only on his face and that's the part of his body that is never covered. I feel it's a reaction but I don't know to what, he uses coconut oil as cream and Johnson soap to bathe.
Lastly, please which family method has the lesser side effect?

How often do u clean d cord? Does it smell? I ll advice u use spirit abd cotton wool and clean every 2hrs. It shld ordinarily fall of within d 1 st week or say 7-10days

wat kinda clinic is dat? My baby is d same age and I av hardly ever gone to d clinic 4 any of dose reasons. Cod liver oil prevents all dat. Yes dat size is 4 babies. D dosage is 2.5ml ditto 4 d Vit c and Vite syrups (Em brands). All of dem together cost just N1,200. D cod liver oil is N800 at d pharmacy.

3. finally help me o. my 5months old son hasn't been sleeping so easily or deep during the day for about four days now. any small noise he is awake n won't sleep back easily but just be fussy. his temp is OK n I didn't notice anything wrong. they say babies change don't know if he is changing. if u av any skills for making babies sleep easily pls teach me o.

Just keep trying everything. I'm still facing the same problem now. I just stick to the few things he willingly eats. I dont believe in seven seas or any other brand of cod liver oil at this age...but some people do....so you can try if you like.

As long as she is taking a good amount of milk...then half the problem is solved. When she turns 6 mths, you can introduce a variety of flavoured multigrain cereal.

D rashes may be due to him achieving a milestone,I use agnesia powder nd it works 4 my 2 children if its original.abt d hair even me wan do afro bt eela chop d hair finish.I had implant contraceptive fixd,d 1st 3 mnths was hellish as I bled seriously bt its almost 9 mnths nw nd am very okay as it has settled.I think its beta 2 do test first

Here in Abuja, I buy the soap for 1000 and the diaper cream for 1800.

what works for me, is backing my baby. Before I know it, she has dozed off.

Congrats. U can also use salt. put small inside water and use cotton wool to clean the mouth.

Glycerin borax is wt I usd(nt d one rubbd on d body o)put a li ttle on cotton wool nd use it to clean her mouth

it didnt fall off on time, it was my aunt who came for naming dat advised i put Close Up Toothpaste instead of d gel. I did it twice daily and it fall off by d 3rd day (11th day after birth). Then i went back to gel.

Every baby has their preferences of food. No 2 babies r d same. My sons had cerelac bt my daughter absolutely hate it. Only those who av used 7 seas can tell U weda or not it is gud. U shud av an instinct abt wat U feel will b gud 4 ur baby. Go to a gud pharm ask 4 7 seas. Simply read d leaflet on d carton and if U r satisfied ur baby will thrive on it den buy it, if nt leave it. Personally, I use it wt all my kids for a year and today, dey r never sick even after stopping it. Their immunities r nw well built and dey can thrive on their own. I recommend d same for my friends and urged dem to get their peads approval first. Half a tsp once daily is all a baby needs. Breastmilk does nt contain enuf vit d, hence babies need direct supplement for vit d. Ur baby can only start solids aka adult foods @ age 6 months and nt b4. Some babies don't like fancy baby foods a simple pap and milk is all dey need.
