Hi everyone, sorry I've been off for some time now. I really have no reason for the absence but it just happened. I've responded to quite a number of enquiries sent to my mail box and at least chatted with one person on watsapp. For those that went a step further in the process, Congrats. For those who haven't please keep hope alive. The process is still on. During my absence I sent fresh CVs twice. To tell you some are just beginning.Those ones are yet to take the test and they are waiting. Patience is the key thing here. But please make your enquiries where you are in doubt. I'm back to answer your questions as much as I can. I'm sure very soon applicants will be rounding up the exercise, that means receiving their offer letters. I can't wait to read testimonies here. Its not true. I've been here for 2years now and except for disciplinary reasons, no one has been sacked. I can confidently say that.

The CBN clearance should be the thing keeping you. I waited over 2months for that. Just relax, you are in already.

There was actually an embargo on employment from mid 2013 to end of 2014. it was lifted late last year and units were asked to use the opportunity to fill vacancies. that's what's going on till date. I'm not aware of constant adverts by Stanbic. But the recruitment portal on the banks website is constantly on. please feel free to ask any questions.

My sister left the banking sector last year and has just over 4 years experience in operations but wishes to join your bank, which position do u feel shes qualified to apply for with the exception of marketing.

secondly, how come your salary scheme isnt standardised like other banks? i mean each staff on a certain grade is supposed to get the same salary,right? or is it based on performance?
