So far the lights and fan are on, and the hard disk is running, there is a possibility it's a software issue.

When you power on your system, press F8 just when it's about to boot, then enter safe mode and see of it'll come on. If it does, just shut down normally and power it on again.

I just hope your hard disk is not affected sha..

How heavy do u load apps underground ?
what about ur startuo applications?
They might might be hindering floor movement of your browser and PC.

The best way is to visit zinox website or contact them for drivers.

Sounds like the Windows key on your keyboard is stuck. Try prying the windows key off and fixing it back.

What was the last thing you did on the computer before the problem manifested? Any installations?

i didnt do anything. i booted my PC and saw it happing
and i didnt install anithing

Bring up the on-screen keyboard, click on the same keys and let me know if the same thing happens.
