Hope he personally go to those okada joints and pick someone to serve under his cabinet.they are a lot of graduates riding okada for living in nigeria.they are not illiterates

Read the post again and you'll know he diddnt refer to them as illitrate...
all okada riders aren't illitrate and all illitrate aren't okada riders /farmers.
Okada and farmers are a set of people hhe's referring to while the illitrate are also a different set.

Everyone is an illiterate / literate in one way or the other. Its no big deal after all our National Assembly members despite their supposed literacy still fight like street urchins. Fayose carry go but please appoint one of them as your child's lesson teacher.

when a farmer become commissioner for agriculture loans wil atleast be given to peasant farmers for commercialisation.....experience matters alot
