Oya, now dat dose dat got test invite on 16th and 17th of june wrote deir test on 20th and 27th of june respectively, let dose of us dat applied n are yet to receive test invite indicate ourselves by saying 'No invite Yet'..... dis will allow us to know weda we still av reasonable number of people still awaiting d test invite... Let me start by example....

expect a panel interview 2-3 pple, tell us sometin about u not on ur cv, where do u see ur self in 5 years, situation where u lead a team etc. confidence and composure is key. even if ur fired wit tough follow up question do not lose ur guard. research and read about d companies values. make sure you ask like 2 intelligent questions. a member of the panel is very senior mgt staff direct ur most reasonable question to him or her. do not quote cos i will take it off later
