Did you even read through the original post I quoted. He was looking for a bogey man to blame, he said HIV is some sort of conspiracy to control the African population and make money too. Thats why I said "no one is going around infecting these people" they contacted it through intercourse or contact with infected objects. Then I drew a parallel saying why're we not calling malaria a conspiracy too since it is killed more people.
