What i think PMB is doing is gathering intelligence and partnerships so that he can fully tackle this insurgency once and for all. By arresting their chief financier, he has access to the core of their operations.

Wait until everyone has been killed before you agree your president isn't doing anything? So the army has not been operating in the same terrain all this while and thus all that was achieved in the four years are inconsequential? Your belief and defence of this non-performance smacked of serious hypocrisy.
