tongue-tied when you are with a girl.

1. Girls like to talk, and your duty is to
capitalize on that. 
She wants to tell you how her current hair style
is cuter than the last one she made. 
She wants to tell you why she is wearing this
colour of dress today. She wants to tell you
everything that interests her.
Your job is get her talking by asking the right
questions.
2. Be a good listener
This is an important point!
If you take the time to listen to every word she
says, like your life depends on it, you will be
well liked by any girl.
While she talks, she wants you to listen and ask
meaningful questions.
Stop thinking about yourself. Get her talking.
Listen to her and you will know what to say next.
3. Share your own experiences
As you listen to her, if there's any incident you
can relate to, say it.
You should have your own opinion on things as
well. Let her hear them.
This should be simple to do because you are
re-telling incidents you have experienced or have
some opinion about.
4. Read her body language
While you are with her, try to read her
countenance. 
If she's not comfortable with a topic, change the
topic quickly and concentrate more on issues she
is happy about.
At times she might be wanting you to end the
conversation and take your leave
If you notice that's what she wants, take your
leave. It makes her respect you and want to give
you a minute or two next time.
If you come off as a bore, she will start avoiding
you
5. If you run out of things to say, admit it.
It's normal to have a pause in between
conversations. Use the time to think of something
to say.
If nothing comes to mind, look her in the eyes and
tell her you are thinking of something that
relates to one of the topics you guys have already
discussed.
You can't place your hands on it at the moment,
but you'll tell her about it once you remember.
In the meantime is there any thing  she might want
