Dear Nairalanders,please your help/suggestion is needed.My husband is azoospermic and the most recent test he did shows he has severe testicular atrophy(shrinking testis).No cell was found.Any treatment to reverse the testis to normal and to make it produce sperm cells pleaseeeee?Any good urologist here or any urologist you can suggest
