Now so far, no other planet can sustain life like planet earth, at least non that science has discovered. In fact our earth is like a well furnished building in a lifeless desert, when compared to our solar system and milky way galaxy. We have food to sustain us, water, air and other beautiful sceneries we enjoy; sunsets, beaches, etc. Water cycle, oxygen/carbon dioxide cycle, etc.

Would it be reasonable to conclude that all these came along by chance? Or was it not designed and constructed by someone, who had a purpose in mind, just like the magnificent buildings in the desert? Give an answer and you would see that analogy is not so dumb, rather u jumped into hurried, premature conclusion.
