those info like passport, jamb score et al are just things they need to deliver a full exam-type test to u. when u log in to the cbt test all those things will be displayed like in jamb.

so how will they get those info? by asking u to input them...its dat easy!

there are people dat managed to scale through jamb, in cbt, ome refused to write jamb because of computer and there are still peoplethat are compuphobic (google d meaning at ur own peril )

he is right, there are sensitive information there which ordinarily you won't fill in pume registration.
