If the Hawk and the Al-Tariq both move at the same speed then you have no idea which is faster unless it is stated

In Nigeria for exp if the lights only went of for 8 hours a week your people will sh1t them selves out of joy...What im trying to say is happiness is restricted to what a person has been used to all his life, What is good enough to make someone happy in Nigeria will not be enough for a South African.
